April 19th to 25th is National Volunteer Week. The Comox Valley Boys & Girls Club would like to thank the many volunteers whose time, effort and enthusiasm make the Boys & Girls Club such a great place to be! In 2008, a whopping 1862 hours were logged by volunteers in the following positions:

• Program Leaders
• Board of Directors
• Fundraising
• Maintenance
• Technical Support
• Administrative Support

• Program Assistants are needed for:

Cool Moves~ Thursdays 3:30-5:30 from April 23- June 11

Sports O Rama~Wednesdays 6-7:30 from April 22- June 10

Summer Day Camp~ Weekdays during the summer- hours & days flexible!

• Board of Directors

Interested in giving back to your community? Members of the Board of Directors contribute 2-5 hours per month for a one year term.

• Maintenance

Lawn mowing, tree trimming, even snow removal, these are all tasks that need to be done to keep the Clubhouse tidy & safe.
